HiSky Flight Delayed? Check if You’re Eligible for Compensation
To receive HiSky delay compensation, the following conditions must apply:

You arrived at your final destination at least 3 hours late;

The delay was not caused by external factors, such as weather conditions;

You had a valid ticket and checked in on time.

How Much Is Your HiSky Compensation Worth?
Compensation amount depends on flight distance:

€250 for flights up to 1,500 km

€400 for flights between 1,500–3,500 km
-
€600 for flights over 3,500 km (between EU and non-EU)
If your HiSky flight was delayed between 3 and 4 hours on a route over 3,500 km, the airline may reduce the compensation to €300 (50%).
