Check compansation

The compensation amounts are defined by EC261/2004 and vary depending on the flight distance and the length of the delay upon arrival.
Here’s a simplified table to help you understand your entitled compensation:

For flights of 1,500 km or less , the Client will receive a compensation of 250 EUR , and the Client will have to pay a service fee equal to 29% + VAT.

For flights known as intra-community flights that exceed 1,500 km, as well as for flights between 1,500 km and 3,500 km , the Client will receive compensation of 400 EUR . Therefore, the Client will have to pay a service fee of only 29% + VAT . Regarding the rest of the flights not specified above, in the event that the Client obtains the right to receive 600 EUR, 29% + VAT of the compensation will be the service fee.

For the flights described above, those for which the client is not eligible for any of the amounts of 250 EUR, 400 EUR or 600 EUR, the Client does NOT have to pay the sum of 29% + VAT as a service fee for his flight compensation.

For other types of claims other than those provided in EC 261 claims, the service fee will be withheld as follows:

Guaranteeing the amount of flight compensation

The Client will enjoy at any time the assurance that Air Claim SA will guarantee the correctness and accuracy of the amount of compensation he is about to receive. If all the criteria in the application are met in accordance with EC261 , then the Client will have the right to receive from Air Claim SA the correct amount in EUR.

Also, to further clarify, any compensation resulting from an EC261 claim will be paid in EUR. Therefore, the compensation received as a result of the efforts made by Air Claim SA will be processed in a completely transparent manner. For this reason, the Client will be able to satisfactorily check whether Air Claim SA has met its obligations in accordance with EC261.

International bank transfer fee

The costs and additional expenses related to bank transfers will not risk the liability of the company Air Claim SA. Even if the value of these expenses is expected to be inconsistent or relevant in most cases, we reserve the right not to be responsible for this due to different banking policies.

Other fees

All prices and fees listed from the Air Claim SA Price List will not imply additional fees, or other fees or forms of taxation on our part. The amounts listed will be the only amounts you will have to pay and will be deducted from your compensation upon arrival.
