In which situations can you receive compensation for easyJet flights?

If your flight is delayed:
After 2–3 hours' delay, you are entitled to meal vouchers or expense reimbursement
After 5 hours' delay, you can request a full refund of your ticket
If you arrive at your destination more than 3 hours late, you can claim financial compensation
For overnight delays, the airline must provide accommodation and transport to the hotel.
If your flight is cancelled, you can choose between:
Free transfer to the next available flight
A voucher for the full value of your booking
A full refund of your ticket
⚠️ Please note: if you choose a refund or voucher and cancel your trip, you can no longer claim accommodation or transport expenses.
Regardless of the option chosen, if the cancellation was announced less than 14 days before departure, you may also be entitled to additional financial compensation.
